We want every homeowner who reaches Candidatebusiness Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Candidatebusiness Tree Service
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your home went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Candidatebusiness Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@candidatebusiness.living and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
